Some providers are unable to create a new encounter on a patient because:
1. A prior document has been put 'On Hold' and the 'Sign Clinical List Changes' box was NOT CHECKED BEFORE putting document 'On Hold' and/or
1. A prior document has been put 'On Hold' and the 'Sign Clinical List Changes' box was NOT CHECKED BEFORE putting document 'On Hold' and/or
2. Two or more documents are 'On Hold'
Please try to close and sign your note in a timely matter. If you need to put a document 'On Hold', please remember to check the 'Sign Clinical List Changes' box BEFORE putting your document on hold. Thank you.
