After careful review and in consultation with Lorrie our GE consultant, we will be delaying our scheduled upgrade planned for this Sunday, 1/18.
Hello Staff we are scheduled to update Centricity to version CPS 12.0.7. We intend to do the update on Sunday, 18 January 2015.
Starting at the end of YOUR workday on Friday or Saturday - Jan 17th/Jan 18th, please leave your workstations turned on to allow for I.T. Access. Remote access to Centricity WILL NOT be available during the upgrade. We will send an all KPHC message once the upgrade is completed and remote access is available. If you have questions or concerns please contact KPHC Help Desk or your CCU Representative. When receiving this error message, “"No NDC or compound or supply code in message for Medication Prescribed", this means you selected a drug off of a custom med list or the patient’s medication list in which the drug’s NDC number has been changed or deleted and is no longer valid.
The required data listed below is required when prescribing new medications or ordering refills, otherwise, the script will fail and a flag will be sent to the provider’s desktop. 1) The number of refills cannot be more than two digits. 2) The quantity must have a leading zero if it is a decimal value. (for example, 0.123 is valid, but .123 is not) 3) The patient’s zip code must be blank, five digits, or nine digits. (verify in registration) 4) The state field in the patient registration must be two valid upper-case letters. (verify in registration) We will be doing monthly knowledge base update on Sunday January 11th in the afternoon. There will be no Centricity access for approximately 2 hours.
