There will be NO Centricity access from 9pm Saturday (7/23/16)till 8am Monday (7/25/16). Due to positive reviews on CHUG we are going forward with the upgrade this weekend. All documents need to be signed before the scheduled day for upgrade. By not signing your documents; you risk of having your documents error out and the possibility of redoing the whole document will need to be done.

Thank you for all you do for the residents of the communities we serve.
In an effort to make sure that we get reimbursed in a timely manner for all the good work that you do, I urge you provide a level of service for all encounters in a timely manner. Over 50% of our revenue comes from claim payments. Unfortunately we have a significant number of visits/encounters without a level of service and we cannot submit claims for visits/encounters without a level of service. And therefore we cannot get paid. I will be reviewing encounters that do not have a level of service in the first week of June and will be compelled to take (individual) corrective action with any provider who has five or more encounters without a level of service. Please let me know if there is anything that we can do together, to provide you with assistance in this matter which at the moment, has a significant negative impact on all of us at KPHC. Thank you, Emmanuel Due to numerous requests, the implementation of this required form for HIR has been postponed.
ATTN: Clinical Staff
NEW IMMUNIZATION & PPD FORM will be active effective Monday, 4/11. The ordering of vaccines will be done via the new form. Make sure that the 'KPHC Custom List' is displayed AND that the 'Auto Orders' box is checked. Provider and/or MA will select the vaccine via '?' or 'G' and put the document 'On Hold'. When the vaccine has been administered, the MA will select 'Done'. Once the vaccine is given, this form needs to be completed immediately. Per GE, this is the required workflow for this form to work. In regards to the multiple SysAids about Vitals going missing on EMR documents; we have been in contact with GE and they have sent this in response to our service request: "It has been determined that the issue of VITAL SIGNS MISSING is caused by a defect in the application and scheduled to be resolved in a future product revision."
If you notice any kind of gibberish
(see example below) in your note, DO NOT SIGN. Forward document to Shelle via EMR so she can correct. {PATIENT.LABELNAME <-INVALID ROW{if PATIENT.PSTATUS = "X" then "DECEASED: " + PATIENT.DATEOFDEATH else "" endif <-INVALID ROW{if PATIENT.PSTATUS = "I" then "INACTIVE" else " etc...
Other sites that use Centricity are also experiencing this problem. We are awaiting a response from GE. via CCU Group meeting on Friday, 9/18:
