Some providers are unable to create a new encounter on a patient because: 1. A prior document has been put 'On Hold' and the 'Sign Clinical List Changes' box was NOT CHECKED BEFORE putting document 'On Hold' and/or 2. Two or more documents are 'On Hold' Please try to close and sign your note in a timely matter. If you need to put a document 'On Hold', please remember to check the 'Sign Clinical List Changes' box BEFORE putting your document on hold. Thank you.

If you notice any kind of gibberish
(see example below) in your note, DO NOT SIGN. Forward document to Shelle via EMR so she can correct. {PATIENT.LABELNAME <-INVALID ROW{if PATIENT.PSTATUS = "X" then "DECEASED: " + PATIENT.DATEOFDEATH else "" endif <-INVALID ROW{if PATIENT.PSTATUS = "I" then "INACTIVE" else " etc...
IMPORTANT
1. Please be sure to check the patient banner for Patient Name and DOB before charting your notes. 2. Please check to see if you are the Responsible Provider/User on a document before signing.
{PATIENT.LABELNAME <-INVALID ROW{if PATIENT.PSTATUS = "X" then "DECEASED: " + PATIENT.DATEOFDEATH else "" endif <-INVALID ROW{if PATIENT.PSTATUS = "I" then "INACTIVE" else " etc...
Other sites that use Centricity are also experiencing this problem. We are awaiting a response from GE.
IT was just notified by GE (10/8 - 8:50am HST) that SureScripts experienced a power outage on Wednesday, 10/7/15 from 7:00pm to midnight (PST).
NewRx Error messages sent to your desktop will need to be resubmitted as it did not transmit to the selected pharmacy. Any questions contact IT Good Afternoon Providers
1. We experienced some hiccups for about 2 hours yesterday morning but EMR documentation was able to commence. Centricity was fully restored at 10:04am yesterday with all forms and functions working properly. You are now able to add problem(s) using the appropriate buttons. 2. There are some new buttons and functionalities in EMR that S.Ramos will share with you when she visits today/tomorrow AND at our Provider Breakout session on Thursday, 10/1. 3. You may have experienced some latency yesterday as IT needed to attend to all workstations to complete this update. If you experience or notice any other problems, there are several ways to contact S.Ramos: send her a flag, route her a document or send her an email. You can also call her at x512. Thank you very much for your patience and cooperation. |
