There will be changes to the Immunization/PPD form and workflow:
- IT will do a clean up before upgrade
- Few providers will get care alert
- Changes after Immunization upgrade
- Immunization form will be replaced from “immunization management ccc” to “immunization management”
- PPD will be in the HPI form. Click on 'PPD' to add form. PPD orders will need to be done the old way.
- Immunization history can be printed from Handouts or histories.
- There will no longer be a flowsheet for immunization.
- All immunization orders will automatically have admin orders attached & marked completed when MAs click 'DONE'.
- Billing will get multiple admin codes if multiple shots are given; Billing will have to remove the duplicate admin codes when processing claims.
- Immunization orders will no longer be in Custom Orders List except PPD order.
- Diabetes and Living Well dashboards will be updated.
